Actions are created from a variety of sources, or can be entered as a Standalone Action.
EXAMPLE: If actions are required from Inspections, Hazard Reporting, or Incidents they will appear in the Action table (the Action Type will list where the action originated from)
To add a new Standalone Action:
STEP BY STEP:
- Go to Actions on the main menu.
- Click on ADD NEW Button.
- Complete all the fields in the Actions popup – Included all the information required to complete the action.
- Ensure you assign the action to a user and select due date. NOTE: you will not be able to create the action until all mandatory fields are completed.
- Click Create Action.
- A notification will be received by the assigned user to complete the action.
