You can edit the Sites and Departments of your contractor/supplier and change the category.
When you first add a contractor, you will have allocated Sites and Departments – this article is about EDITING those allocations. For adding a new contractor please refer to New contractor article.
This features allows for search and reporting by Site and Department, as well as Admin Users linked to specific Sites and Departments will only see their contractors, not all other contractors.
STEP BY STEP:
Click on the Site or Department number to edit the Sites or Departments allocated to the contractor. Click on the Category drop down to set the Category.
For example: –
- You can click ADD to allocate All Sites
- Or, you can uncheck All and manually remove each site.
