Archive Contractor Documents – Client Side

Archiving Contractor Documents – Individually or Bulk Archive

If you have the bulk archive function enabled, you can choose between manually archiving individual documents or bulk archiving.

INDIVIDUAL DOCUMENT ARCHIVE

  1. Search for the contractor
  2. Go to the relevant document to be archived
  3. Click on the Archive icon
  4. Confirm Archive

BULK DOCUMENT ARCHIVE

  1. Search for the contractor
  2. Go to the relevant documents
  3. Tick the checkbox next to the Archive Icon for each document
  4. A blue ARCHIVE ALL button will appear on the top of the table
  5. Once all documents are selected click ARCHIVE ALL
  6. Confirm Archive

NOTE:  Bulk Archive is an optional function, this will only be available to clients that have this feature enabled.
