Archive Contractor Documents – Contractor Request

Archive a Contractor Document at Contractors Request

Contractors can not archive their own documents (unless auto archiving via the replace function of an existing document).  If a contractors wants a document archived and to protect the integrity of data, a contractor can only request an archive.  IMAGE below is from the Contractor view.

STEP BY STEP:

Notification will be sent to the Client (or Zerite if fully managed) to approve the archive request.

The email will contain the:

  • Contractor Name
  • Document to archive
  • Reason for request

Go to the contractor page, and if OK, archive that specific document.
