When a contractor loads a document, IF you have individual document approval function turned on, the Admin will have to approve or reject each document..
STEP BY STEP:
On the side menu you can click on Document Approval or go to specific contractors via the Contractor Tab.
Click on the VIEW icon to go to the contractor documents.
TO APPROVE
- Open the relevant contractor and you will see the document awaiting approval (They will not have a status showing).
- Click on the small green tick.
- A popup with Approval Notes will appear, type in any approval notes – you may just want to type approve.
- Click Submit
TO REJECT
- Open the relevant contractor and you will see the document awaiting approval (They will not have a status showing).
- Click on the small red cross.
- A popup with Rejection Notes will appear, type in any rejection notes – IMPORTANT – Be very detailed as to why you are rejecting this document, and explain in full what you require the contractors to do.
- Click Submit
NOTE: An email will go to the contractor telling them why you have rejected their document and the email will contain your Rejection Notes. ALSO, if you reject a company level document, it will change the contractor status to NON-COMPLIANT.
TO BULK APPROVE OR REJECT
- Open the relevant contractor and you will see the document awaiting approval (They will not have a status showing).
- Click on the small Approve All checkbox and Click Approve All
- A popup with Approval Notes will appear, type in any approval notes – you may just want to type approve.
- Click Submit
OPTIONAL FUNCTION – The individual document approval function is optional for self managed clients. If you want this function turned on, please let a Zerite Admin team member know and we can add the function.
