Editing a Course

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you edit a course and click on Go Live again, all existing trainees will be instructed to re-sit the course.  If you simply want to edit some content, but do not require your trainees to re-sit the course, simply make the changes, SAVE & NEXT and close the box.

EDITING A COURSE

  1. Go to the Learning Module
  2. Find the course and click on the edit icon

  1. Go to the section you want to edit, either Course details, content or assessment by click on the blue NEXT button.
  2. Make the relevant changes and click SAVE & NEXT – if you have not made any changes there will only be a next button.

If you have made all your changes and DO NOT want existing trainees to resit the course, after your have clicked SAVE & NEXT, simply close the box with the X at the top right hand corner.

IF you want all existing trainees to re-sit the course due to a major change, click to STEP 4 and click on Go Live.  WARNING, this will trigger a reset of every trainee allocated to the course for them to resit the training.
