Hazard Reporting – New

Go to Hazard Reporting on the main menu.

 

When adding a new Hazard Report, click on the ADD NEW REPORT button to complete online.

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Go to Hazard Reporting on the main menu
  2. Click on ADD NEW Button
  3. Select Print or ADD NEW REPORT
  4. The Hazard report form will open, fill in all the details.
  5. Completed all sections.
  6. If you have completed everything click SAVE & SUBMIT

NOTE:  If you need more information you can Save as Draft and go back and complete.
