Internal client documents are for internal purposes only, your contractors can not see them.
STEP BY STEP:
Complete a search for the contractor you want to add Internal Client Documents against.
- CLICK on VIEW icon next to the contractor name.
- Go to the Internal Document Section.
- Click on ADD NEW.
- Enter the Document Title.
- Select the Document Category.
- Upload the relevant document.
- Click Save.
NOTE: Only Users with Admin or Editor Permissions can add documents and the contractor CAN NOT see these documents
CATEGORIES:
There are standard Document Categories in the system, if you want additional categories specific to your business please raise a ticket via the support link within the system and list out the new categories you want added. These new categories are only visible to you, not all clients.
