Managing Safety and General Documents

Your contractors can upload and edit their own safety and general document BUT if the contractors sends you the document you can manage it for them.

STEP BY STEP:

Search the the relevant contractor on the search screen and click on the VIEW icon next to the Company Name.

ADD NEW SAFETY OR GENERAL DOCUMENT

Go to the Safety and General Documents table and click ADD NEW

A popup will appear,

  1. Select the document type from the drop-down list,
  2. Enter the document name;
  3. Click on the Upload file and search for the file on your computer – once the file name appears in the box click SAVE.
