You can add a new Position from the Admin section of the system, which you can find under Tools. *Only available if you have the Learning Module.
- Click on Tools in the side menu
- Click on Admin in the side menu.
- Click on the plus icon next to the position name.
- Make the changes and click SAVE
Positions are critical to the use of the auto enroll feature of courses in the Learning Management system and is a mandatory requirement for every trainee.
Positions is also a field that can be use for searching trainees and filtering criteria for reports. Positions are also a requirement for the Training Matrix.
