To add a new Service Record – find the specific asset in the search table:
STEP BY STEP:
- Click on the VIEW icon next to the Asset ID.
- This will open the full asset view and edit page.
- Click on the NEW SERVICE RECORD button on top of the Records Table.
- Click on the VIEW icon next to the Asset ID.
- This will open the full asset view and edit page.
- Click on the NEW SERVICE RECORD button on top of the Records Table.
- Enter all the Service information and comments and upload supporting documents.
- IF a fault is found during the service it MUST be reported – click Fault Reported.
- Enter the Fault Type, Fault Details and upload documents.
- Click SAVE.
NOTE: If a fault is reported this will change the Asset Operational Status to FAULTY.
