There are two main types of reports in the Asset Module

STANDARD REPORTS:

Report Types

  • Service Due Dates – You can filter standard report by date range, Site, Department, and Location
  • Service Overdue Report – You can filter standard report by Site, Department, and Location
  • Faulty Asset Report – You can filter standard report by Site, Department, and Location
  • Click RUN REPORT

CUSTOM REPORTS:

  • Select a range of filters.
  • Select N/A for information to exclude form the report.
  • Click RUN REPORT

Once the reports have been generated you will see the PDF Icon appear.  Click PDF Icon to download the PDF version, OR click the VIEW icon for other options.

NOTE:  All generated reports will auto delete in 30 days as the data is no longer current.  This is to ensure you do not go over your storage limits with old data reports.
