STEP BY STEP:
To access the Reports section, click on Reports under Learning in the side menu. From the Reports screen, you can run reports and access your report history.
Select from all the available filters click on Run Report and your report will appear at the top of your Generated Report list, click on View to access the report.
You can download your reports in either PDF or CSV format if required.
NOTE: All generated admin reports will auto delete after 30 days. This is to help manage your file and data storage levels, so you are not charged for more storage.
N/A check boxes on Trainee Status and Employment Category – what do they mean?
You can filter the report by Trainee Status and Employment Category and if you check the N/A it means this status of category will simply not display on the report. It will still include the filter for this information. Many client asked for this function as they only wanted to filter and not display this information in the report.
Just leave the checkbox blank if you want the information displayed inside the report.
