If an asset is reported as Faulty, to get the Operational Status back to Green you must do a new service record and Archive the reported fault record.
STEP BY STEP:
- Find the Asset on the Search Table – Click the VIEW icon.
- This will open the full asset view and edit page.
- Click on VIEW Service Record to make sure it’s the correct record to archive.
- Close Popup and on the Service Record Table click the ARCHIVE icon.
NOTE: DO NOT Archive a service record if a new non faulty service record is not entered.
- Close Popup and on the Service Record Table click the ARCHIVE icon.
- Confirm YES, ARCHIVE.
- The Service Record will be moved to the archives table for this asset.
