To view and edit all the data and documents for a single contractor or supplier.
STEP BY STEP:
- Conduct a Search using the filters provided.
- Click on the View icon next to the Contractor or Supplier you wish to view, this will open a new page with all their data and documents.
- View the contact details for the Contractor.
- See who Created and who Approved the contractor.
- View the Site / Department allocation and assigned Category
- View documents by clicking on the View icon next to the document name.
- Add a new document by clicking on Add New.
- Replace a document by clicking on the Replace icon.
- Archive a document by clicking on the Archive icon.
- To expand or shrink a table click on the table name or table arrow.
NOTE: Archived Documents are stored for your reference, any changes to a current document causes a new record and the old document moved to archive – this it to protect the integrity of the data in the system
